Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with seal stickers and in its original packaging. You’ll also be charged 15% administration costs. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@medconnected.co.za .If your return is accepted( post examination ), we’ll send you a return  address , as well as instructions on where to send your package at your cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
used or opened items. Any product that you feel has not worked for you we will not accept. We cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We do not offer refunds , only store credit. 

 

Cancellations

Cancelled orders on the website (dermOnline) will be refunded after deduction of a 15% charge for administration costs as well as the delivery cost. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions and be notified within 48 hours of placing the order.
